The 1 metre Flames n’ Games practice staff. These feature a nice long grip a little like you’d find on a tennis racket handle. The larger, weighted ends allow the user to build good momentum but are also fairly safe. The rubber is 100% recycled whilst the shaft is made from wood sourced in a sustainable forest. Good contact staff for both children and smaller folk, but also an ideal prop for people interested in double staff manipulation
